If cancellation occurs between 72 hours and 24 hours, you are responsible for 50% of the charter cost. The full price of the charter will be charged if a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the departure. All sales booked within 72 hours of departure are non-transferable and non-refundable. Customers receive a full refund if a cancellation occurs due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

There are about 10 different districts that surround Newport Beach and Newport Beach Harbor. We do have a weight limit of 1000lbs on private boats. When you book for 2 you will be sharing the cruise with another couple. Couples’ cruises have been limited to 2 couples due to weight constraints.
